PI37396 resolves the following problem:

ABSTRACT   Potential spoofing vulnerability in WebSphere Application Server CVE-2015-4938

DESCRIPTION  IBM WebSphere Application Server could allow a remote attacker to spoof a servlet. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to persuade the user into entering sensitive information.

PROBLEM SUMMARY  Potential spoofing vulnerability in WebSphere Application Server CVE-2015-4938

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION  IBM WebSphere Application Server could allow a remote attacker to spoof a servlet. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to persuade the user into entering sensitive information.

RECOMMENDATION:  Apply this interim fix.

NOTE:
The user must:
* Logged in with the same authority level when unpacking a fix, fix pack or refresh pack.
* Be at V1.4.3 or newer of the Installation Manager. Certain iFixes may require a newer version of the Installation Manager and the Installation Manager will inform you during the installation process if a newer version is required.
