The Application Manager provides administration for IBM Telecom Web Services Server components and for telecom applications. The Application Manager component has a number of settings that affect its operation.
Auto-start enabled
If auto start is enabled, the IBM Telecom Web Services Server system components and applications are automatically started when the application server starts. This setting affects the next server start.
Cluster initialization sleep time in seconds
Defines the amount of time in seconds that the Application Manager pauses waiting for other clones in a cluster to reach the initialization point so that the start can be synchronized. This setting takes affect on the next server start.
Parlay Event Queue - max threads
Defines the maximum number of threads (during normal operation) that are used by the Parlay Event Queue. This setting takes affect immediately when saved.
Parlay Event Queue - dispatch mode
Defines the dispatch mode of the Parlay Event Queue. See the IBM Telecom Web Services Server Information Center for appropriate settings. This setting takes affect immediately when saved.
QID - Retry Interval
Defines the Time Interval in milliseconds to Retry to fetch the Queue ID. The recommended value is 400 ms.
QID - Retry Count
Defines the number of Counts to Retry to fetch the Queue ID. The recommended value is 2 as the time to fetch the Queue ID is approximately 800 ms or more.
Apply
The Apply button stores the modifications.
OK
The OK button stores the modifications and returns to the previous page.
Reset
The Reset button resets the values to the original settings.
Cancel
The Cancel button returns to the previous page without recording any modifications.
