Before downloading IBM WebSphere ILOG Rule Team Server 7.1.1 Fix Pack 4 Interim Fix RS00709, perform the following steps:
Before installing IBM WebSphere ILOG Rule Team Server 7.1.1 Fix Pack 4 Interim Fix RS00709, perform the following steps:
Note the location of the downloaded file 7.1.1.4-WS-BRMS-IFRS00709.zip
, this file can be deleted after installation.
This interim fix installation is compressed using zip.
Extract the interim fix installation image in the folder [jrules-installation]
.
A folder IFRS00709
should be created.
To install the interim fix on Windows:
[jrules-installation]\IFRS00709
..\shared\tools\ant\bin\ant
To install the interim fix on Unix/Linux:
[jrules-installation]/IFRS00709
../shared/tools/ant/bin/ant
All teamserver applications found in the teamserver/applicationserver
folder are updated.
You must redeploy the EAR or WAR file corresponding to your application server to benefit from the fix.
Apply your customization on this new EAR file if necessary.
After applying this Interim Fix, you can go back to the original fix pack level 4 by following this steps:
To uninstall the interim fix on Windows:
[jrules-installation]\IFRS00709
..\shared\tools\ant\bin\ant uninstall
To uninstall the interim fix on Unix/Linux:
[jrules-installation]/teamserver/IFRS00709
../shared/tools/ant/bin/ant uninstall
