This document contains information for WebSphere Voice Server version 5.1.3 fix pack 4, hereafter referred to as version 5.1.3.4. It also contains links to the latest product information.
This readme contains the following information:
WebSphere Voice Server Version 5.1.3.4 is a cumulative collection of fixes for all supported platforms. It includes all updates previously delivered by Fix Packs 1,2 and 3 (5.1.3.1, 5.1.3.2 and 5.1.3.3).
Note:
This fix pack resolves the following problems:
IC52120: Server failure when trying to compile dynamic inline grammars in concurrent calls.
LI72428, IC52864 and IY99644: Enable prosody pitch parameter for JP TTS
IZ01046: Grammar compiler anbormal memory growth
IC53148: Crash when compiling long lexicons
IZ01624: Some lexicon entries were ignored
IC53342: Missing audio when synthesizing text including state names preceded by a comma
IC53418: Barge-in not handled correctly
LI72482 and IC53165: Crash on a DTMF turn with just the dtmf-term-char entered
LI72432, IC52868 and IY99767: Pre-req for Speaker Verifcation Feature Pack
IC53922: TTS sounds choppy after system is up for a long time
LI73605 and IC57378: VoiceTest update for 22 KHz TTS voices
LI74150, IC59656 and IZ43195: TTS problem on date text string
LI74422 and IC60775: Incorrect handling of length specified in SSML <break> tag
IZ50560: ASR engine initialization failure on incomplete messages
LI74492: WVS does not start correctly when specifying a URI to preload a grammar
LI74632 and IC61226: ASR engine recovery from socket communication failure
LI74659, IC61421 and IZ52937: Stutter or cut-off audio in TTS synthesized audio
IZ62310: Speed-vs-accuracy header has no effect on Fr_CA grammar
LI74953 and IC63745: A grammar specified as preloaded is recompiled when refereced from another grammar
IC63336: WVS does not send the correct local IP address in a Load Balancer environment
Prior to installing the fix pack, make sure you meet the following requirements:
Follow the instructions that are appropriate for your operating system to install WebSphere Voice Server 5.1.3.4:
Note: Make sure you stop WebSphere Application Server before installing this fix pack.

The fix pack is now installed.
Note: Make sure you uninstall this fix pack before uninstalling WebSphere Voice Server 5.1.3.
If necessary, complete the following steps to uninstall the fix pack:
Note:When uninstalling the fix pack on Windows, you may be prompted to reboot the system from the Uninstall Complete window. If you select Yes, restart my system and the system does not reboot, please try rebooting the system using the Shut down option in the Start menu. It is important to remember that you must always reboot your Windows system after uninstalling the product.
The fix pack is now removed. WebSphere Voice Server is back at the level it was prior to installing this fixpack.
