This affects Virtual I/O Severs involved in live partition mobility using 16 concurrent migrations only.
The ifix resolves an issue where vscsi_host adapters can be left on a VIOS source after a Live Partition
Mobility operation.  Use interim fix IV32091s0a if your VIOS level is FP26 Service Pack 01 (2.2.2.1).
