You must migrate from the last 1.5.2.6 Service Pack to use this media. 
Migrating the VIOS to 2.1.3.10-FP23 with this media, requires completion of all of the following steps. 
The ioslevel will incorrectly indicate 2.1.3.10-FP23 after the migration step, but the installation is not 
complete until Fix pack 23 is applied.   
After the migration completes, you must install  Fix pack: VIOS_2.1.3.10-FP23 dated May 4, 2010.
Reference APAR IZ75191 for details related to incorrect ioslevel.  
At the completion of Fix Pack23 update, you have to install  Interim fix: VIOS_2.1.3.10_IZ75191,
dated May 14,2010 (corrects the ioslevel)
