Fix for *IV91782 adds a new entry to the [audit-configuration] section of the ivmgrd.conf when a local Policy Server is configured.
In the case where a local Policy Server is already configured - ivmgrd.conf must be edited to add the new value:
1. Select Manage Web Settings -> Runtime Component
2. Manage -> Configuration files -> ivmgrd.conf
3. Under the [audit-configuration] section add this new entry:
base-key-path = /var/pdweb/shared/keytab
4. In the [aznapi-configuration] section any paths in logcfg = audit< :component> rsyslog ... entries must be removed. So
logcfg = audit:rsyslog server=rsyslogger,port=514,log_id=ivmgrd,ssl_keyfile=/var/pdweb/shared/keytab/rsl.kdb,ssl_stashfile=/var/pdweb/shared/keytab/rsl.sth,path=ryslog_ivmgrd.log,ssl_label=rsl
becomes
logcfg = audit:rsyslog server=rsyslogger,port=514,log_id=ivmgrd,ssl_keyfile=rsl.kdb,ssl_stashfile=rsl.sth,path=ryslog_ivmgrd.log,ssl_label=rsl
5. Save the configuration file and deploy pending changes
6. Restart the runtime.

The appliance does not automatically create a backup copy of a partition when you apply a fixpack to it. If you want to back up your partition before you apply the fixpack, then you must do it manually.
Scenario |
Complete this task |
Getting the Interim Fixpack image |
Download the 9030_IF2.fixpack. |
Fixpacks are applied to the current partition. If a fixpack is installed on your appliance, you can view information about who installed it, comments, patch size, and the installation date.
If you enabled FIPS 140-2 mode, you must restart the appliance to ensure that the FIPS 140-2 mode is still enforced.
