Please see the list of issues covered below. Cumulative Patch -- 11/11/2013 ========================================= SP Workitem 46284 / APAR IV51914 ------------------------------ When performing a CSV export on a detail analysis view, you may experience an error while exporting the file. The following error will appear in the logs when this happens: ERROR net.iss.gui.table.export.ExportAction:96 - An error occurred while exporting the file. java.lang.NullPointerException at net.iss.gui.table.export.CSVExporter.getCellText(CSVExporter.java:90) at net.iss.gui.table.export.CSVExporter.export(CSVExporter.java:44) The affected audience is anyone attempting to perform a CSV export on a detail analysis view with empty IP Location data. This update allows an adjustment to the output of the IP Location columns that allows them to be properly outputted when they otherwise contain no data. SP Workitem 46584 / APAR IV51923 ------------------------------ When creating certain kinds of reports it may be possible to get an error while entering the report parameters, especially if you have a large number of different assets. The following error will appear in the Console logs when this happens: ERROR net.iss.gui.ParentModalDialog:87 - Comparison method violates its general contract! java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Comparison method violates its general contract! at java.util.TimSort.mergeHi(TimSort.java:868) The affected audience can be anyone attempting to edit report parameters for certain kinds of reports with a large number of varied assets. This update makes a change to how we sort asset information to allow better sorting and prevent this from occurring. SP Workitem 42913 / APAR IV51937 ------------------------------ When saving a view with event details, you may not be able to save the order of your detail columns. The audience affected is anyone attempting to save Detail analysis views with reordered detail columns. This update makes several changes to how analysis views are exported to allow the order of exported detail columns to be saved. ========================================= To resolve this, follow the steps to replace files in the APPLYING THE UPDATE section carefully. Be sure to read any notes on individual fixes.
