It is highly recommended not to install or update OFED outside the
ESS solution.

4.5 Package location when shipped from factory
ESS 5.2.2.1 package when shipped from factory is located in /home/deploy
directory of the ESS Management Server (EMS) node. Review /home/deploy
directory of the EMS node for other support packages required for this
release.
