How to apply the fix? --------------------- 1). ART/Agent 9.0 iFix 5 or later should be installed. 2). Stop the ART & Agent. Delete the \work folder for both the ART & Agent. 3). Navigate to the \servers\rcladmin\apps. 4). Rename the file "rcladmin.war" to "rcladmin.war.old". 5). Delete the folder "expanded". 6). Download the fix file named "rcladmin.war" and place it in the \servers\rcladmin\apps folder. 7). Start the ART. 8). Refresh and log on to the UI to confirm that the fix worked fine. 9). Navigate to the \servers\iclagent\apps. 10). Rename the file "iclagent.war" to "iclagent.war_old". 11). Download the fix file named "iclagent.war" and place it in the \servers\iclagent\apps folder. 12). Start the Agent.
