There are potential vulnerabilities in IBM SDK Java Technology Edition, Version 1.7 and Version 1.8 that is used by Rational Peformance Tester and Rational Service Tester.

These issues were disclosed as part of the IBM Java SDK updates in January, 2017.

For RPT and RST versions prior to v9.0.0.0 download Java 1.7 SR10 FP1 for both the workbench and agent products.

For RPT and RST versions v9.0.0.0 and later download Java 1.8 SR4 FP1 for the workbench product and download Java 1.7 SR10 FP1 for the agent product.

Download the SDK appropriate for your platform in order to manually replace the JDK or JRE.
