This hot fix is only valid for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 users to install Rational Team Concert Visual Studio 6.0 client.
The Rational Team Concert Visual Studio 6.0.1 client is the next release that will include these fixes. If you plan to upgrade, upgrade to version 6.0.1 or later.

Note:
This hot fix is a full installation Rational Team Concert Visual Studio 6.0 client. 
It is a mandatory fix for VS 2015 users. Without this hot fix, users cannot install any further Rational Team Concert visual studio client iFixes on top of VS 2015. 
It is built on top of Rational Team Concert Visual Studio 6.0 GA. Any further iFixes on Rational Team Concert Visual Studio 6.0 can be installed on top of this hot fix.


To install the Visual Studio client update:

a. Close all the running Visual Studio client(s).
b. Download the zip rtc_vsclient_I61441863059216.0_HF_20150909-1319.zip to some location in the computer where the RTC Visual Studio client is to be installed.
c. In the IBM Installation Manger, click File > Preferences > Repositories > Add Repository and provide the path to the zip downloaded in step b.
d. Click Ok to close Preferences window.
e. Make sure that the check box File > Preferences > Files for Rollback > "Save files for rollback" is checked.
f. Now click on Install in the Installation Manager.
g. Select Version 6.0_HF
h. If you agree to the terms, accept the license agreement and click Install.
i. Select the installation directory and click Next.
j. Select only IBM Rational Team Concert Client for Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 and click Next.
k. Click on Next.
l. Check the Install Packages and click Install.
m. Click Finish to complete installation.

To Uninstall to the previous client version:

a. Close all the running Visual Studio client(s).
b. In the IBM Installation Manager, click Uninstall.
c. Select the IBM Rational Team Concert Client for Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0_HF package group and click Next.
d. Click Uninstall.
