Problem
-------
Error “(42) Out of Global Memory" and "Cannot allocate memory" errors while publishing the report using SA Publisher

How to apply fix
----------------
1. Close System Architect.
2. In the directory - C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3\System Architect, rename the files: 

saadoio.dll
sadbio.dll
sadesign.dll

3. Unzip this zip file to the C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3\System Architect directory.
4. Run C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\System Architect Suite\11.3\System Architect\Support\SAReg.exe.
5. Open the file C:\Documents and Settings\<your login name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Telelogic\System Architect\sa2001.ini.
6. Under the [SystemArchitect] section add the following:

ReportingUseClientCursor=Y

7. Save and close the file.
8. Restart System Architect.
