Follow the instructions
in this section to download and install this interim fix on hosts in your
cluster.
Prerequisites
Fix 601860 must be installed before applying this fix package.
System requirements
Linux x86_64
Installing on IBM
Spectrum Symphony management hosts
a.
Log on to the primary host as the cluster
administrator, disable all the applications which have Docker support:
> egosh user logon -u Admin -x password
> soamcontrol app
disable Docker_application_name
b.
Download the fix package to each compute host, for
example, to a /symfixes
directory.
c.
Run the egoinstallfixes
command to install the egocore-4.0.0.0_x86_64_build602158.tar.gz file:
> egoinstallfixes /symfixes/egocore-4.0.0.0_x86_64_build602158.tar.gz
Note: Running the egoinstallfixes command
automatically backs up the current binary files to a fix backup directory for
recovery purposes. Do not delete this backup directory; you will need it if you
want to recover the original files. For more information on using this
command, see the egoinstallfixes command reference.
d. Run the pversions command to verify the installation:
> pversions -b 602158
e. Enable the applications:
> soamcontrol app
enable Docker_application_name
If required,
follow the instructions in this section to uninstall this interim fix from your
cluster:
a.
Log on to the primary host as the cluster
administrator, disable all the applications which have Docker support:
> egosh user logon -u Admin -x password
> soamcontrol app
disable Doker_application_name
b.
Log on to each compute host, and running this
command to roll back the fix:
> egoinstallfixes -r 602158
> rm -f ${EGO_TOP}/4.0/linux-x86_64/etc/egodocker/libs/external/requests/packages/urllib3/util/ssl_match_hostname.pyc
c.
Enable the applications:
> soamcontrol app
enable Docker_application_name
4.0/linux-x86_64/etc/egodocker/libs/external/requests/packages/urllib3/util/ssl_match_hostname.py
