This interim fix upgrades Dojo to version 1.17.2.0 to allow creating a new application instance for IBM Spectrum Conductor 2.5.1 with Fix 601350.

Download interim fix 601462 from the following location: http://www.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/.

4.     Installation and configuration

Follow these instructions to download and install this interim fix on the hosts in your cluster.

System requirements

Linux x86_64

Installation

a.      Log on to the primary host as the cluster administrator and stop the WEBGUI, service:

> egosh user logon -u Admin -x Admin

> egosh service stop WEBGUI

b.      On each management host, create a directory (for example, /scfixes) and download the egomgmt-4.0.0.0_noarch_build601462.tar.gz file to the directory.

c.       Run the egoinstallfixes command to install the egomgmt-4.0.0.0_noarch_build601462.tar.gz file:

> egoinstallfixes /scfixes/egomgmt-4.0.0.0_noarch_build601462.tar.gz

Important: Running the egoinstallfixes command automatically backs up the current binary files to a fix backup directory.  For recovery purposes of the original file, do not delete this backup directory. For more information on using this command, see the egoinstallfixes command reference.

d.      Run the pversions command to verify the installation:

> pversions -b 601462

e.      Back up the following folders and remove the old ones:

cd $EGO_TOP

tar -cvf backup_old_601462.tar wlp/usr/servers/gui/apps/ego/4.0/platform/ego/rbacControl/dojo_toolkit

rm -rf $EGO_TOP/wlp/usr/servers/gui/apps/ego/4.0/platform/ego/rbacControl/dojo_toolkit/*

f.        Extract the new dojo files to replace it.

cd $EGO_TOP

tar -xof dojo-1.17.2.0_noarch_build601462.tar

g.      Delete all subdirectories and files in the following directories:

> rm -rf $EGO_TOP/gui/work/*

> rm -rf $EGO_TOP/gui/workarea/*

h.      (Optional) If failover is enabled, you can delete all subdirectories and files in the following directory:

> rm -rf $WLP_OUTPUT_DIR/webgui_hostname/gui/workarea/*

i.        Clear your browser cache. 

j.        From the primary host, start the WEBGUI service:

> egosh service start WEBGUI

5.     Uninstallation

If required, follow the instructions to uninstall this interim fix on the hosts in your cluster.

a.      Log on to the primary host as the cluster administrator and stop the WEBGUI service:

> egosh user logon -u Admin -x Admin

> egosh service stop WEBGUI

b.      Log on to each management host in the cluster and roll back this interim fix:

> egoinstallfixes -r 601462

c.       Delete the new Dojo files and get the old version:

cd $EGO_TOP

rm -rf $EGO_TOP/ wlp/usr/servers/gui/apps/ego/4.0/platform/ego/rbacControl/dojo_toolkit/*

tar -xof backup_old_601462.tar

d.      Delete all subdirectories and files in the following directories:

> rm -rf $EGO_TOP/gui/work/*

> rm -rf $EGO_TOP/gui/workarea/*

e.      (Optional) If failover is enabled, you can delete all subdirectories and files in the following directory:

> rm -rf $WLP_OUTPUT_DIR/webgui_hostname/gui/workarea/*

f.        Clear your browser cache. 

g.      From the primary host, start the WEBGUI service:

> egosh service start WEBGUI
