Steps for installation.

To apply the fix on 9.1.0.3 CICS TG follow these steps:  

* Stop CICS Transaction Gateway and client daemon.
* Backup the following files, note the permissions of the files:
<CTG Install Location>/classes/ctgdaemon.jar
<CTG Install Location>/wlp
* REMOVE the above files and directories
* Go to the <CTG Install Location>
* Copy the file 9.1.0.3.CTG.IF004.zip to the <CTG Install Location>  
* Untar the 9.1.0.3.CTG.IF004.zip in <CTG Install Location>
* After untar, verify permissions of the files
* Start the CICS Transaction Gateway.

VERIFYING THE FIX

The files that are shipped with zip files are signed through the jarsigner. You can verify using the jarsigner provided by the IBM JAVA.To verify the fix you can use the following command

jarsigner -verify -verbose 9.1.0.3.CTG.IF004.zip

NOTE
=====================================
Java 8 or higher JVM runtime environment is required for this APAR.
Java 8 is not supported on SOLARIS, thus this PSIRT is not applicable for SOLARIS
