a)       Log on to the primary host as the cluster administrator and stop the ascd, REST, and WEBGUI services:

> egosh user logon -u Admin -x Admin

> egosh service stop ascd REST WEBGUI

b)       On each of your management hosts, download and extract the following packages to, for example, an /scfixes directory:
ascd-2.5.0.0_noarch_build601076.tar.gz
egocore-3.9.0.0_x86_64_build601076.tar.gz

c)       On each of your hosts, run the egoinstallfixes command to install the downloaded packages. For example:

> egoinstallfixes /scfixes/ascd-2.5.0.0_noarch_build601076.tar.gz

> egoinstallfixes /scfixes/egocore-3.9.0.0_x86_64_build601076.tar.gz

Note: Running the egoinstallfixes command automatically backs up the current binary files to a fix backup directory for recovery purposes. Do not delete this backup directory; you will need it if you want to recover the original files. For more information on using this command, see the egoinstallfixes command reference.

d)       On each of your hosts, run the pversions command to verify the installation:

> pversions -b 601076

e)    Optionally, add the new parameter to the $EGO_CONFDIR/../../ascd/conf/ascd.conf file:

       ASC_REST_PROXY_HOSTNAME=asc_rest_proxy_hostname

f)     Optionally, add the new parameter to the $EGO_CONFDIR/wsm_rest.conf file:
