Abstract
P104272. This fix ensures that the "bacct -l" command shows the correct host-based memory usage on the first execution host, and this fix also prevents sbatchd from core dumping on the first execution host when the sbatchd restarts.

Readme documentation for IBM® Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 600519 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.
This fix addresses the following issues:
1) The "bacct -l" command shows incorrect host-based memory usage on the first execution host.
2) The sbatchd daemon core dumps on the first execution host when restarting the sbatchd if there is a blaunch parallel job running on the host.

5. Installation and Configuration
5.1 Before installation
(LSF_TOP=Full path to the top-level installation directory of LSF.)
1) You must have LSF 10.1 Fix Pack 12 installed prior to installing this patch. Download this Fix Pack from IBM Fix Central (http://www.ibm.com/eserver/support/fixes/) and search for "build600488". Contact IBM LSF Support if you have any questions or problems with installing Fix Pack 12.
2) Log on to the LSF master host as root
3) Set the LSF cluster environment:
- For csh or tcsh: % source LSF_TOP/conf/cshrc.lsf
- For sh, ksh, or bash: $ . LSF_TOP/conf/profile.lsf
5.2 Installation steps
1) Run badmin hclose all
2) Run badmin qinact all
3) Go to the patch install directory: cd $LSF_ENVDIR/../10.1/install/
4) Copy the patch file to the install directory $LSF_ENVDIR/../10.1/install/
5) Run patchinstall: ./patchinstall <patch>
5.3 After installation
1) Log on to the LSF master host as the LSF cluster primary administrator and set the LSF cluster environment
2) Run badmin hrestart all
3) Run badmin hopen all
4) Run badmin qact all
5.4 Uninstallation
1) Log on to the LSF master host as the LSF cluster primary administrator and set the LSF cluster environment
2) Run badmin hclose all
3) Run badmin qinact all
4) Log on to the LSF master host as root and set the LSF cluster environment
5) Go to the patch install directory: cd $LSF_ENVDIR/../10.1/install/
6) Run ./patchinstall -r <patch>
7) Log on to the LSF master host as the LSF cluster primary administrator and set the LSF cluster environment
8) Run badmin hrestart all
9) Run badmin hopen all
10) Run badmin qact all
