This interim fix addresses the issue where LSF stops dispatching jobs after jobs are requeued when the LSB_REQUEUE_HOLD_INTERVAL parameter is enabled.
It is applicable to a cluster running IBM Spectrum LSF with IBM Spectrum Symphony, IBM Spectrum LSF with
IBM Spectrum Conductor, or IBM Spectrum LSF with both IBM Spectrum Symphony and IBM Spectrum Conductor.

section to download and install this interim fix in your cluster.
System requirements

(linux2.6-glibc2.3-x86_64)
Installation
a. Log on to the LSF master host as the
LSF cluster primary administrator and set the LSF cluster environment:

For csh
or tcsh: % source LSF_TOP/conf/cshrc.lsf
·
For sh,
ksh, or bash: $ . LSF_TOP/conf/profile.lsf
b. On each management host, move the
following files to a backup directory for recovery purposes:
>
$EGO_TOP/lsf/10.1/linux-x86_64/etc/mbschd
>
$EGO_TOP/lsf/10.1/linux-x86_64/etc/mbatchd
c. On each management host, download
the sym-7.2.0.2-lsf-10.1.0.2_x86_64-build600205.tar.gz package and extract its contents to
the $EGO_TOP directory:
>
tar zxof sym-7.2.0.2-lsf-10.1.0.2_x86_64-build600205.tar.gz -C
$EGO_TOP
d. Run the mbatchd -V and mbschd -V commands to verify the
installation:
>
mbatchd -V

restarting the mbatchd daemon:

If required, follow the
