This interim fix includes two enhancements:

-        When the Kerberos 5 libraries version 1.18 or higher are installed on the operating system, the GSS-Kerberos security plugin used for authentication will not work well. This fix enhances the GSS-Kerberos plugin to be compatible with the Kerberos 1.18.x libraries (the most recent version is 1.18.3).

-       Enhances VEMKD and EGOSC to respond to incoming requests faster.
