(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office
users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office with Outlook,
adding an email attachment using drag and drop or the context menu
fails from the Outlook reading pane. The attachment is not added
to the repository. With this fix, adding email attachments from the Outlook reading pane will succeed. |
IO28086 | (IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office in Outlook, using drag and drop to add an email attachment causes Outlook to stop working when the attachment is dropped on a repository folder. This happens only on certain versions of Office. With this fix, drag and drop of email attachments successfully adds the attachment to the specified repository. |
IO28109 | (IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office
users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office in Outlook,
if adding an item fails because of a custom validation error response or
some other server error, after correcting the errors and clicking on
add again, the add fails. It appears that the add succeeds, but no
item is actually added. With this fix, if adding an item in Outlook
fails from a custom validation error, adding after correcting the
validation error will succeed. |

(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office, when set to Hebrew language, the browse pane horizontal scroll bar defaults its position to the left-most position instead of the right. With this fix, when using Navigator for Microsoft Office set to Hebrew language, the browse pane horizontal scroll bar will default scrolled to the right. |
IO28024 |
(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office
users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft
Office, when set to Hebrew language, the "Save in" setting
when adding a document with an entry template has the
folder name partially covered up by the folder icon when
the entry template has the "hide save in" setting enabled.
With this fix, the folder name is not covered up when
using an entry template with the "hide save in" setting
enabled when used with the Hebrew language. |
IO28025 |
(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office
users) In IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft
Office, when set to Hebrew language, the add document
dialog is displaying oriented left to right instead of
right to left. With this fix, when using Navigator for
Microsoft Office set to Hebrew language, the add document
dialog is displayed right to left. |

addin installed on Outlook is sometimes disabled by

Outlook addin to be loaded on demand instead of on
startup. |
IO28053 |
(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office

IO27902 |
(IBM Content Navigator for Microsoft Office
admins) When Onedrive file sync is enabled on the
default Office directory, Navigator for Microsoft Office
is unable to track opened files, so the checkout and
checkin button states are not updated. With this
fix, a different document directory can be specified so
that Naviator for Office can track the opened files and
the checkout/checkin buttons will reflect the current
status of the document. A new Configuration.ini
setting is added: DocumentPath, which can be set to a
predefined path, or use %HOME% for the home directory,
%MYDOCUMENTS% for the documents directory, or use an
environment variable %env var%. Example: DocumentPath=C:\Temp DocumentPath=%HOME% DocumentPath=%MYDOCUMENTS% DocumentPath=C:\Temp\%USERNAME% |
