Brief analysis of DoDv7 profile implementation:
1.	It takes atleast 30 mins to deploy a DoDv7 profile on a VM. Standard recommends to  change 
permission and ownership on a lot of files. Implementation makes changes to the entries in Trusted 
Execution database simultaneously so that the programs can be executed without any issue when TE is set to ON.
2.	TE should be enabled manually if it is mandatory in customers environment.
