Authentication Status
Use this page to view information about the devices that are defined in scope sets but are identified to have issues with credentials.
The device elements that reported issues with credentials might be due to any of the following reasons:
- No credentials are defined for the associated scope set.
- Credentials are defined for the scope set but are not successful
- Credentials that were successful in the past are not successful on the most recent discovery attempt.
IP Address
Displays a list of devices that have issues with credentials.
- Address
- Displays the TCP/IP address of the device.
- Last Attempted
- Displays the time that the device was last attempted to authenticate.
- Last Successful
- Displays the time that the device was last successfully authenticated.
- Ports open
- Indicates which ports TSA finds open on the device.
- Last successful credential used
- Name of credential that was used during the last successful discovery. If blank, then no successful discovery has occurred.
- Credentials associated with scope
- List of credentials that are used during an attempted discovery of this device. If blank, no matching credentials exist for this device. In that case, use the Discovery Credentials page to create credentials for the scope set that this device is defined in.
Device information
Displays information for the selected problem-reporting device.
Note: When the issue is resolved, the respective device
IP will no longer display on the list.
