Description
Readme documentation for IBM Platform Data Manager for LSF 10.1 Fix 540164 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.

This fix addresses the following issue:

This problem occurs when the data manager host has a system name that differs from its official name. For example, LSF Data Manager is configured to use hostA (LSF_DATA_HOSTS=hostA), but the system name is hostA-alias (when running the hostname command). When the dmd daemon attempts to start up it does not recognize that hostA and hostA-alias refers to the same host. The dmd daemon interprets this as being started up on a non-configured host (that is, not mentioned in LSF_DATA_HOSTS) and exits.
