Some features of IBM Content Navigator use Java applets. If you access IBM Content Navigator from Google Chrome, Version 42 or later, Chrome displays a message that the plug-in is blocked if you use an applet-based feature

The following information and steps apply to IBM Content Navigator. To install the interim fix, perform the steps below using the interim fix executable. When you install an interim fix, you can run the installation wizard or run a silent installation. The interim fix can be installed as an update to IBM Content Navigator Version 3.0.5.0 or later.
The interim fix installation program updates the files in the directory where IBM Content Navigator is installed. After the installation program completes successfully, restart the web application server and redeploy the IBM Content Navigator web application to apply the changes from the interim fix.

To install IBM Content Navigator, Version 3.0.5 Interim Fix 6:
Install the interim fix by running the installation wizard or
by running a silent installation:

Open the IBM Content Navigator Configuration and Deployment tool, click File > Open Deployment Profile, select the target deployment profile and click Open.
If the External Share feature is needed, then perform the bulleted steps below and then continue to Step 7, else continue to Step 7
Run the "Configuring the IBM Content Navigator web application" task. For more instructions, see the topic, "Configuring the IBM Content Navigator web application" in the information center: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEUEX_3.0.5/com.ibm.installingeuc.doc/eucup019.htm.
Run the "Build the Web Application" task. For more instructions, see the topic, Rebuilding the IBM Content Navigator web application in the information center: http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEUEX_3.0.5/com.ibm.installingeuc.doc/eucup007.htm.
Run the "Deploy the Web Application" task in the IBM Content Navigator Configuration and Deployment Tool for the profile that you want to redeploy.
Stop the IBM Content Navigator web application server.
Clear the application server cache:
For IBM WebSphere Application Server: Delete the following folders:
Delete the navigator folder from the temp temporary directory.
For example, on Microsoft Windows, delete the navigator folder from the following directory: \IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\temp\ServerName Node01\server1.
Delete the subfolders in the wstemp directory. This folder is different from the temp folder. Do not delete the wstemp folder itself.
For example, on Windows, delete the subfolders in following directory: \IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\wstemp.
For Oracle WebLogic Server: Delete the navigator folder from the tmp temporary directory.
For example, on Windows, delete the navigator folder from the following directory: \Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\base_domain\servers\AdminServer\tmp\_WL_user.
Start the IBM Content Navigator web application server.
Verify that the correct version of the software is deployed to the web application server. For more information, see the topic, "Verifying your deployment" in the information center: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSEUEX_3.0.5/com.ibm.installingeuc.doc/eucup022.htm.
When you uninstall the interim fix, you also uninstall IBM Content Navigator.
The interim fix for IBM Content Navigator uninstallation program removes the program and all applied fixes. You cannot remove only the interim fix.
To update the Edit Service client, uninstall the old version and install the new version on Windows. Remove the old version and unpack the new version on Mac.
The fixes that were provided in previous IBM Content Navigator, Version 3.0.5 Interim Fixes are combined in this fix.

IO27289 When exporting properties containing Chinese or Japanese characters in the value, garbled characters are exported.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When exporting properties having Chinese or Japanese characters in the value, garbled characters are seen to be exported. With this fix, the properties' values are exported correctly.
IO27264 Using Edit Service, if a document icon is double clicked, the document is opened three times.
(IBM Content Navigator users), When using Edit Service, if a document icon is double clicked, the document is seen to be opened three times by the Edit Client. With this fix, the document is only opened once.
IO27299 Unable to auto-open a document using a search bookmark unless the user has view content privileges.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When a search is accessed using a link with the autoRunSearch and autoOpenItem parameters, the document returned by the search is not opened. With this fix, the document is opened.
IO25505 Format of date and time of email message header does not match operating system settings.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When previewing an email file with extension .msg, the date and time format of the email header do not match the operation system settings for date and time. With this fix, the format of date and time in the email header matches the operating system settings.
IO27287 String 'null' is displayed in the value of current version or released version property, in search results.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) When displaying Current Version or Released Version property in search results, 'null' is displayed as part of the value of this property. With this fix, 'null' is not displayed in the value.
IO27300 Work in-baskets are displayed intermittently when the work view has only one application space.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Work in-baskets are displayed intermittently when the work view has only one application space. With this fix, the issue is resolved.
IO27267 Work list value on Name field is changed.
IBM Content Manager users) When multiple users access different desktops that each connect to different CM8 repositories, a refresh action on worklist in desktop causes the Name field value to change in the worklist of another desktop. With this fix, users will always see the correct name field value in the worklists.
IO27313 Profile Plugin causes numerous E_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND errors in the SystemOut.log file.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The out-of-the-box Profile Plugin causes numerous E_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND errors in the SystemOut.log file. With this fix, users will no longer see the E_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND exceptions for invalid short names supplied to the Profile Plugin.

IO27107 Content Manager OnDemand documents federated to FileNet P8 repositories cannot be opened using the CFS viewer plugin.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When Content Navigator is deployed to Websphere v9.x using JAX-RS 2.0, Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) documents federated to Filenet P8 repositories cannot be opened using the CFS viewer plugin. With this fix, CMOD documents can be opened successfully.
IO27223 Ping page hangs after entering login credentials, if the IBM Case Manager Client plugin is enabled.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The Ping page hangs after entering login credentials, if the IBM Case Manager client plugin is enabled. With this fix, the Ping page displays correctly.
IO27081 When scheduling an hourly asynchronous task, the days of the week buttons don't toggle on and off when selected.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When scheduling an hourly asynchronous task, the days of the week buttons don't toggle on and off when selected. With this fix, the buttons toggle on and off.
IO27103 Custom viewer displays blank image when opening and switching between multiple documents.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Custom viewer displays blank image when opening and switching between multiple documents. The browser console shows the error 'Maximum call stack size exceeded'. With this fix, this issue does not occur.
IO27059 Download As PDF action on an AFP produces a larger than expected file.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When using the Download as PDF action for AFP documents, the AFP resources are being appended to the PDF file, resulting in a larger than expected file. With this fix, only the document content that is converted to PDF is returned, when using the Download as PDF action.
IO27125 Deleting an item from a folder using a bookmark link results in an unexpected message.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Deleting an item from a folder using a bookmark link results in an unexpected message that there are no Favorites. With this fix, deleting an item works successfully.
IO27155 Red exclamation mark is cut off in required multi-valued properties in a document entry template
(IBM Content Navigator users) Red exclamation mark is cut off in required multi-valued properties in a document entry template. With this fix, the red exclamation mark will be displayed next to the multi-valued property.
IO27106; After changing password, password field on login screen is prefilled with old password which causes an error on attempt to login.
(IBM Content Navigator users) If a user account is configured to change password on the next login and the password changed due to this setting, the subsequent login screen is seen to prefilled with the old password, which is confusing to the user and results in an error if a login is attempted. With this fix, the password field on the subsequent login screen is cleared, prompting the user to enter the new password and the login is successful.
IO27109 Entry template's workflow is not launched when checking in a document to create a new version.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Workflow configured for an entry template is not launched when a new verion of a document associated with the entry template, is created by checkin action. With this fix, the entry template's workflow is launched when a new version is created.
IO27193 A hang occurs when launching workflow.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) A hang occurs when launching workflow, if the user performing this action does not have access to one or workflow definitions. With this fix, this issue does not occur and the user is able to launch workflows successfully.
IO27206 Edit client fails on attempt to use folder bookmark link to edit a document.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Edit Client does not work when attempting to use a folder bookmark link to edit a document. With this fix, this issue is resolved.

IO27077 When viewing multi-part documents, annotations on parts with differing DPI than the first part are displaced.
(IBM Content Manager users) When viewing multi-part documents, annotations created using the Applet Viewer, on parts with differing DPI than the first part, are seen to be displaced, when viewed using the IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer. With this fix, the annotations are placed correctly.
IO27040 Error occurs when viewing or downloading as PDF, text files larger than 100KB.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When viewing or downloading text files larger than 100KB as PDF, an error occurs. With this fix, large text files can be viewed and downloaded as PDF.
IO27055 The original filename is not used when saving a redacted document to a local file.
(IBM Content Manager users) When saving a redacted document to a local file, the default filename is getDocument instead of the original filename. With this fix, the default filename will be the original filename of the document.
IO27054 System properties are displayed out of order in the document info pane
(IBM Content Navigator users) When editing properties in the document info pane, the system properties are not always displayed in the order configured on the repository. With this fix, the system properties are displayed in the right order.
IO26720 Preview of Microsoft Word documents has incorrect layout.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Preview action on a Microsoft Word document displays the document contents with an incorrect layout. Tables and text overlap and subsection numbers are missing. With this fix, the document is mostly displayed correctly, but there may be extraneous numbers displayed in subsections.
IO27004 When switching Entry Templates, the properties and security panes are not rendered correctly.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When switching document or folder entry templates that have classes containing roles, the properties and security panes are not rendered correctly, if the desktop is not configured to allow configuring role-based security in entry templates. With this fix, the properties and security panes are rendered correctly.
IO27024 Error occurs when opening AFP documents in AFP Viewer plugin.
(IBM Content Manager OnDemand users) When opening AFP documents using the AFP viewer plugin with Microsoft Internet Explorer, an error occurs. With this fix, AFP documents can be opened without an error.
IO27042 Documents are downloaded without file extension.
IBM Content Manager users) When downloading as original, documents added via IBM Content Manager web services, the documents are downloaded without a file extension. With this fix, these documents are downloaded with an expected file extension based on the mime type.
IO27057 Sync client does not pass authentication after session timeout.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) When IBM Content Navigator is configured using basic authentication, the Sync client will not pass authentication automatically, after session timeout occurs. With the fix, the Sync client will pass authentication automatically after session timeout.
IO26951 Document checked out by one user is sometimes cancelled from the checked out state by another user.
(IBM Content Manger users) With autocheckout enabled and when using the IBM Daeja ViewONE viewers, sometimes, a document that has been opened by one user (and therefore marked as checked out by a lock icon in the viewer tab), can have the checked out status automatically cancelled when a another user opens the same document. With this fix, the checked out status of the target document is cancelled only when the user who first opened the document, closes the document in the viewer.
IO27017 'Document is not checked out' error occurs when attempting to update properties on a document.
(IBM Content Manager users) When opening multiple documents inside of a folder using the IBM Daeja ViewONE viewer with the 'Save then get Next' checkbox enabled, if the properties of the last document in the folder are modified and saved, the last document continues to remains open in the viewer and an error 'Document is not checked out' occurs when the properties are again updated. With this, the attributes and updated correctly and no error occurs.
IO27041 Updating document properties with EDS dependencies generates an error on the main window in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge browsers.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When updating the properties of a document that uses EDS from the viewer window on Microsoft Internet Explorer or Edge browsers, an error occurs and the properties of the document aren't updated on the main window's info pane. With this fix, the properties on the main window's info pane are updated.
IO26888 Work item's attachment list is not refreshed correctly.
The attachment list for a workitem is not refreshed correctly when clicking on the Refresh button in the Step Processor's Attachments tab. With this fix the attachment list is refreshed correctly.
IO26990 Toolbar for Favorites list is missing some buttons.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The toolbar for the Favorites list is missing the buttons, Rename Favorite and Remove from Favorites. With this fix, the Rename Favorite and Remove from Favorites button will be displayed in the Favorites list.
IO27072 User values specified in Action Filter of saved search are reset to null.
After creating a saved search that has the Action Filter enabled in Search Options and the filter 'Added by' is used to specify one or more Specific Users, if the search is reopened and Search Options examined, the specified users are seen to be replaced with null values. With this fix, the users specified in the Action Filter are retained.
IO27010 Search and Add UI elements are not correctly translated to Hebrew.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Labels for Search and Add UI elements are not correctly translated to Hebrew language. With this fix, these labels are correctly translated.
IO27048 Edit client does not reset processing times of task of saving failed files.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Edit client in SSO environment does not reset long processing time for the task of saving failed files. This prevents the failed files from being saved when Edit client becomes online later. With this fix, the user can reset processing time manually to re-try saving of all failed files.
IO26643 Scroll bar of Content List widget does not work correctly.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When a user attempts to scroll up the list of items in the Content List widget using the mouse or keyboard, the scroll bar is positioned at middle even when the first item in the list is reached. With this fix, the Content List is scrolled correctly.
IO26860 Numerous stored procedure calls made when modifying properties, leading to an adverse impact on performance.
(IBM Content Manger Users) After modifying properties in the Properties pane of a viewer, if the Save button is clicked, many IBM Content Manager stored procedure calls are seen to be made (in the connector log), causing an adverse impact on performance. With this fix, only a few stored procedure calls are made, thus improving performance.
IO26996 setWSJDBCjars.tcl script executes incorrectly in a cluster environment.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The setWSJDBCjars.tcl script executes incorrectly in a cluster environment. With this fix, the script executes correctly.
IO27027 Next document in the list is not displayed when using split panes view.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When navigating to the next document in the list while in the split panes view, the next document is not displayed and a blank screen is displayed on the right pane instead. With this fix, the next document is displayed on both panes.
IO26987 URL to a workflow inbasket, fails to open the inbasket
A URL to a workflow inbasket in IBM FileNet Content Manager, created as per the documentation, fails to open the inbasket. With this fix, the URL works correctly and the inbasket can be opened successfully.
IO27078 Multi-valued String property containing emptry string as value is displayed with half height row.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) When a multi-valued String property containing an empty string as value is edited in the step processor, a single half height row is displayed. With this fix, users will no longer see the single half height row in the editor.
IO27052 Properties dialog does not display properties of the current or latest version.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When the Properties dialog is opened on a document in search results or in a worklist, the properties of the current or latest version are not being displayed. With this fix, the current versions's properties are always displayed.
IO27058 Users cannot select a radio button value in Property Table widget with a mouse click.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Using Property Table Widget in IBM Case Manager Desktop using Chrome, users cannot select a radio button value with a mouse click.
IO26868 Properties and annotations of a previous version of a document can be modified using the properties dialog.
(IBM Content Manager users) Properties and annotations of a previous version of a document displayed in search results, can be modified using the Properties dialog. With this fix, the properties and annotations cannot be modified using the Properties dialog.

IO24478 Microsoft Word document layout formatting is inconsistent with Drawpage and PDF Export
(IBM Content Navigator users) When viewing or downloading Microsoft Word documents converted to PDF, there are conversion issues formatting columns, forms, and signatures. With this fix, the formatting issues are fixed.
IO26282 Download As PDF action modifies the text fonts in the document.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Download As PDF action on a Microsoft Word document generates a PDF with different fonts than in the original document. With this fix, the issue does not occur.
IO26427 Download As PDF action does not correctly convert checkbox markers on AIX.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Checkbox markers are not converted correctly by Download As PDF action on AIX. With this fix, this issue does not occur.
IO26923 Incorrect version of document is downloaded instead of the requested version.
(IBM Content Navigator users) A Download action results in an incorrect version of a document being downloaded from search results when a search is run from the folder tree. With this fix, the requested version specified in the search criteria is downloaded.
IO26893 Documents are retrieved using specific version number when search criteria specifies current version.
(IBM Content Navigator users) A document retrieved from a folder or search that specifies Released or Current Version in the search criteria is being retrieved using the specific version of the document instead of the released or the current version. This can sometimes result in an old version of the document being retrieved, for example, when the document is updated by multiple users and re-retrieved without refreshing the search. With this fix, the document is always retrieved by using the released or the current version from a folder or when the search criteria specifies Released or Current Version. The specific version is only used in the case where the search criteria specifies All Versions.
IO26912 An error that the jetty class is not found occurs during starting IBM Content Navigator.
(IBM Content Navigator users) An error that the jetty class is not found occurs during starting IBM Content Navigator. With this fix, the error does not occur.
IO26988 HTML Conversion viewer does not display microsoft word document correctly.
(IBM Content Navigator users) HTML Conversion viewer does not display Microsoft Word document correctly, when previewing. Images in the document are seen to overwrite text. With this fix, the issue does not occur.
IO26559 Switching between multiple documents opened in Daeja Virtual viewer can cause some documents to be displayed with blank content.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Switching between multiple documents in Daeja Virtual viewer can cause some documents to be displayed with blank content.
IO26895 Prompt to save unsaved annotations not issued when navigating to the previous document.
(IBM Content Navigator users) After adding or modifying annotations in Daeja Virtual viewer, if the user navigates to the previous document, no prompt is issued to save annotation changes. With this fix, a prompt dialog to save or ignore the unsaved data is issued.
IO26942 The ACL Name property in CM8 searches cannot be hidden.
(IBM Content Manager users) Administrators cannot hide the ACL Name property from searches. With this fix, the ACL Name property can be hidden from searches in the repository configuration.
IO26956 An empty value is present in input field of a multi-valued property that has been added to search criteria.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When you add a multi-valued property to the search criteria, the multi-value input field contains an empty value. With this fix, the multi-value input field doesn't contain empty values.
IO26973 Search results don't show values for a property with a symbolic name of 'state'
(IBM Content Navigator users) When searching with a property with an ID of 'state', the search results list doesn't display the values for that property. With this fix, the the values are displayed.
IO26970 Search with Added On criteria returns the wrong results.
(IBM Content Manager users) When searching with Added On criteria, the search results include documents that were added on a different date than was specified. With this fix, the search results only include documents that were added on the specified date.
IO26949 Third party clients are unable to load video.js and its required files.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Third party clients are unable to load video.js and its required files. With this fix, third party distributors can load dojo.js and ecm.js and separately load the video.js files.
IO26947 ICMPUBLC group is not displayed in security tab when reopening properties even though it is successfully added.
(IBM Content Manager users) After successfully adding the ICMPUBLC system group to the security tab of an entry template or saved search, if the security tab is reopened, the group is seen to be missing. With this fix, the group is correctly displayed.
IO26917 Edit Properties dialog may fail to open when selecting multiple documents.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) The Edit Properties dialog may not open when a user selects multiple documents, right clicks, then selects properties if the selected documents use an entry template and a class where properties have been removed. With this fix, the issue is resolved.
IO26979 Some documents with modca annotations fail to open.
(IBM Content Manger users) Some TIFF documents with MODCA annotations fail to open in Daeja Virtual viewer. With this fix, documents with MODCA annotations display successfully.
IO26964 Next or Previous buttons of viewer do not check out a document.
(IBM Content Navigator users) With autoCheckoutWithView parameter set to true, a document will be checked out when opened in a viewer, but documents subsequently opened using the Next and Previous arrow buttons of the viewer will not be checked out. With this fix, documents opened using the Next or Previous buttons will be checked out correctly.
IO26968 'Annotation save failed' error occurs when trying to save new annotation.
(IBM Content Manager users) 'Annotation save failed' error occurs when saving new annotations, if there are many annotations already saved in the document. With this fix, this issue is resolved.
IO26971 Position of annotations on multi-page single part document are moved.
(IBM Content Manager users) If annotations are created on a multi-page single part document and each page has different width and height, then when the document is reopened in Daeja Virtual viewer, the annotation position or location is seen to be changed. With this fix, the annotations display in the correct location.
IO26931 Position of annotations on single-page multi-part document are moved.
(IBM Content Manager users) If annotations are created on a single-page multi-part document and each page has different width and height, then when the document is reopened in Daeja Virtual viewer, the annotation position or location is seen to be changed. With this fix, the annotations display in the correct location.
IO26868 Properties and annotations of a previous version of a document can be modified using the properties dialog.
(IBM Content Manager users) Properties and annotations of a previous version of a document displayed in search results, can be modified using the Properties dialog. With this fix, the properties and annotations cannot be modified using the Properties dialog.
IO26672 (Regression) Document is not checked out when editing properties from the Properties Pane.
(IBM Content Manager users) If the properties of a document are modified in the Doc Info pane, the document is not checked out. With the fix, when a user modifies properties of a document in the Doc Info pane, the document will be checked out.
IO26852 Cannot switch the view mode once switched to a split view.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When the view mode is switched to a split view with more than one document opened in the IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer, the view mode cannot be switched to any other mode. With the fix, the view mode can be switched to any other mode.
IO26865 New annotations are duplicated when automatically saved.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When closing the viewer window with the IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer tab that has news annotations without saving, if the 'annotationAutoPrompt' parameter is set to false and the 'annotationAutoSave' parameter set to true, then the new annotations are auto-saved but with duplicate copies laid over each other. With this fix, the new annotations are auto-saved without any duplicate copies.
IO26820 Content list in Attachment tab of custom step processor does not resize.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When resizing a custom step processor, the content list hosted on the attachments tab does not resize as expected. If the user increases the width of the screen, the widget remains the same size and does not adjust to fill the available screen space. With this fix, this issue is resolved.
IO26792 Cannot save a document that has a read-only multi-valued string property with an empty string value.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) An error occurs when a user attempts to save the properties of a document that has a read-only multi-valued string property with an empty string value. With this fix, the document can be saved. For External Data Service requests, an array will be sent for multi-valued properties regardless if the value is empty, not set, or has only one item. Before this fix under some circumstances, a blank string (' ') would be sent for empty values and if the value contained one item, only the item in the array would be sent (i.e., 'abc' was sent to EDS if the value was [ 'abc' ]).
Security Issue: Fix added for Edit Client (Mac) to validate SSL certificates along with an option to turn the validation off.
IO26851 Save button is not available when editing a search template that was opened using a bookmark link.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When editing a search that was opened using a link, the search cannot be saved because the Save button is not available. With this fix, the search can be saved.
IO26881 Database script is executed every time ping page is accessed or desktop login is done.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The IBM Content Navigator database script is run every time the ping page is accessed or a desktop login is performed. With this fix, the database script is run only if it was not previously run during the configuration step.
IO26885 Error occurs when saving a document that has a read-only DateTime property with a value that contains seconds.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) An error occurs when a user attempts to save the properties of a document that has a read-only DateTime property with a value that contains seconds, e.g., 12/31/2018 12:00:55 PM. With this fix, the document can be saved.
IO26819 Session timeout is not reset while Office Online document is being edited.
(IBM Content Navigator users) A session expiration warning message is displayed in the Office Online edit window when editing documents using Office Online, even though the document is being actively edited. With this fix, the Office Online edit window will update the session expiration timer as long as the document is being updated, so that the session expiration dialog is not prematurely displayed.
IO26878 Teamspace folders not shown in 'Move to Folder' action from teamspace search results.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When selecting the Move to Folder action on a document in a teamspace from the teamspace search results list, the dialog displays the folders in the repository and not the teamspace folders. With this fix, the move to folder dialog will display the teamspace and its folders.
IO26843 Folder contents are empty.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Users may experience a situation in which they are unable to view content lists when they either have Box share enabled or have registered model classes with the ContentItem registerFactory method, whenever there is a video item in the content list. With this fix, users should be able to view the content list items, including videos.
IO26858 Session is invalidated when viewing a corrupted document.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The session is invalidated when an error occurs while viewing a corrupted document. With this fix, the session is not invalidated.
IO26864 Video bookmarks do not open the Video Viewer.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Users are unable to view videos in the Video Viewer when using a Bookmark link. With this fix, users can now use a bookmark link to view a supported video in their browser.
IO26870 Text area is not resized if it is put on a titled layout.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Text area is not resized if it put on a titled layout and the second tab is put on a tab layout. With this fix, the text area is expanded correctly and shows all of the text.
IO26835 Notelogs are not refreshed in the View Notelog pane of a viewer after adding a new note.
(IBM Content Manager users) Notelogs are not refreshed in the View Notelog pane of a viewer after adding a new note and switching to the View Properties pane. With this fix, the latest notelogs are always displayed.
IO26842 Modifying a property causes the viewer to reload.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Modifying a document property in the viewer causes the viewer to reload when saving the property. With this fix, the viewer does not reload when saving property changes.
IO26833 Launching a workflow that has a subscription results in an error.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) Launching a workflow that has a subscription results in the error, 'com.filenet.apiimpl.core.ClassWorkflowSubscriptionImpl incompatible with com.filenet.api.events.InstanceWorkflowSubscription'. With this fix the error does not occur and the workflow is launched successfully.
IO26826 Saved search execution results in error if the 'Default search results toolbar menu' contains a sub-menu.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Attempt to run a saved search results in an error if the 'Default search results toolbar menu' is contains a sub-menu.
IO26875 Many unexpected warning messages are written to application server log after Recycle Bin plugin is installed.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Many unexpected warning message are written to the application server log (SystemOut.log) if the Recycle Bin plugin is installed. There is no functional impact from these warning messages. With this fix, the unexpected warning messages are not logged.

IO26703 Viewer mapping fails when using non-standard mime type formats.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Viewer mappings with a non-standard mime type format such as '.pdf' instead of 'application/pdf' are ignored. With this fix, viewer mappings with any value are honored.
IO26822 Heap memory consumption grows continuously.
(IBM Content Manager users) The heap memory consumption grows continuously requiring the server to be restarted. With this fix, the memory consumption is stabilized.
IO26804 Document cannot be edited using the Edit Client when using Kerberos SSO, if the user doesn't have access to the default desktop.
(IBM Content Navigator users) There will be an error when editing documents with the Edit Client when using Kerberos SSO, if the user don't have access to default desktop. With this fix, the issue is resolved.
IO26783 A java.lang.nosuchmethoderror error occurs on call to getRequestActionForm() method.
(IBM Content Navigator users) A java.lang.NoSuchMethodError exception occurs when com.ibm.ecm.extension.PluginServiceCallbacks.getRequestActionForm() method is called in a plugin after updating to IBM Content Navigator v3.0.3 or later. With this fix, the error no longer occurs.
IO26716 search criteria pane cannot be expanded or collapsed using the Enter key.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When building a search, the search criteria and search results sections cannot be expanded or collapsed using the keyboard. With this fix, the search criteria and search results sections can be expanded or collapsed by pressing the Enter key or space bar.
IO26718 Unsupported object-valued properties with an enumeration cardinality can be added to search results.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) When you run a search that includes object-valued properties with an enumeration cardinality, such as Folders Filed In, no values are displayed for these type of properties in the search results since they are not supported. With this fix, object-valued properties with an enumeration cardinality are not available for inclusion in search results.
IO26799 Help link displays the help page after initial login to the administration desktop but not after the browser is refreshed.
(IBM Content Navigator users) The help link on the banner of the IBM Content Navigator administration desktop displays the help page only the first time after logging in, but not after the browser is refreshed. With this fix, the help link displays the help page.
IO26793 Entry template layout cannot be saved after setting a default value for a date or time property.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When a user edits an entry template layout and sets a default value for a date or time property, the Save button remains disabled and the changes cannot be saved. With this fix, the Save button is enabled and the changes can be saved.
IO26699 Firefox users may experience failure of launching of the native PDF viewer.
(IBM Content Navigator users) Users of Firefox may experience a situation in which opening a PDF using PDF Conversion Viewer will not open the browser's built-in PDF viewer. With this fix, users should be able to view PDFs using the browser's native PDF viewer.
IO26666 Download of a group of files fails if one of the files is zero bytes in size.
(IBM Content Manager users) Users may experience a situation in which they are unable to download a group of files if one of the files has a size of 0 bytes. With this fix, users should be able to download a group of files even if one of the files is 0 bytes in size.
IO26769 Inserting a row into the property table of an Entry Template causes the row to be appended.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) If multiple rows are deleted from the Property Table of an Entry Template and then a new row is inserted, the last row is moved up and the new row is appended. With this fix, this issue does not occur.
IO26725 Error message issued when validating format of date or time values, does not contain the custom format specified in the entry template.
(IBM Content Navigator users) If a custom date or time pattern is specified for a property in the layout of an Entry Template and an invalid date or time for that property is entered, the error message does not contain the custom date or time pattern indicating that an invalid value was entered. With this fix, the custom date or time pattern is displayed in the error message.
IO26694 'Move from Teamspace' dialog fails to open after re-sorting content list.
(IBM Content Navigator users) After re-sorting a teamspace folder's contents, if a document is selected from the teamspace folder and the 'Move from Teamspace' action is performed using the context menu, nothing happens. The Move from Teamspace dialog is not displayed. With this fix, the 'Move from Teamspace' dialog will open when selecting the 'Move from Teamspace' action after re-sorting a teamspace folder's contents.
IO26712 Icon displayed for group added to a teamspace is incorrect.
(IBM Content Navigator users) After adding a group to a Teamspace, the icon for groups being added to a teamspace changes to a 'user' icon instead of a 'group' icon. With this fix, users will see the 'group' icon being displayed after a group is added to a teamspace, instead of a 'user' icon.
IO26675 Help text for a multi-value property in property table of an entry template is not displayed in Internet Explorer.
(IBM FileNet Content Manager users) The help text for multi-value properties in the Property Table is not displayed in Microsoft Internet Explorer, if a user adds a document or creates a folder using an Entry Template. With this fix, the issue does not occur.
IO26743 Sticky note annotation's text color is same as fill color, causing the text to be unreadable.
(IBM Content Manager users) If a sticky note annotation is created using the IBM Daeja ViewONE Virtual viewer without the application/vnd.ibm.v1json mime type created in IBM Content Manager, the box and the text are found to have the same color, which makes the annotation unreadable. With this fix, this issue is resolved and the text is made readable.
IO26801 Print output of a JPEG image printed using Print Applet may contain a shadow.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When using the Print Applet to print a JPEG image, the output may contain a shadow. With this fix, the quality of the printed image is improved and this issue does not occur.
IO26788 Viewer window position is not maintained if it is maximized and closed and the viewer is launched again.
(IBM Content Navigator users) When using Microsoft Internet Explorer, after launching a viewer, if the viewer window is maximized and then closed, then the next time the viewer window is opened, it is seen to be off the center of the screen. With this fix, this issue is resolved.
IO26789 Choice list value is not saved for date property in Entry Template layout when using EDS.
(IBM Content Navigator users) If a choice list is returned as a dependent attribute by EDS for a date property in an Entry Template layout, the selected date value is not saved to the property. With this fix, the issue does not occur.
IO26784 Work items in a worklist are sorted incorrectly when sorting using a decimal attribute.
(IBM Content Manager users) IBM Content Manager users will see incorrect order in a worklist when sorting on a decimal attribute if paging of the workitems is also present. With this fix, the issue is resolved
