IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 528106 Readme File
Abstract
P103158. This fix enables the main mbatchd daemon to directly handle bread/bstatus command requests, instead of forking a child to handle these requests.
Description
Readme documentation for IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 528106 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.
This fix addresses the following issue:
In large cluster where the mbatchd memory is large, forking a child to handle bread/bstatus command requests would slow down mbatchd performance. After this fix, the main mbatchd daemon directly handles bread/bstatus command requests, instead of forking a child to handle these requests.
