Follow the instructions in this section to download and install this interim fix in your cluster.
System requirements

Installation
a.
Log on to each management host in the cluster and back up
the following file, which will be replaced by this interim fix:
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/vemkd
b.
On each management host, download the sym-7.2.0.2_x86_64_build512839.tar.gz package and decompress
it to the $EGO_TOP installation directory:
> tar zxfo
sym-7.2.0.2_x86_64_build512839.tar.gz -C $EGO_TOP
c. Run the “vemkd -V” command to verify the
installation, for example:
> vemkd -V
EGO 3.6.0 build 512839, Feb 19

From the master host, restart the cluster:
> egosh ego restart

Uninstallation
If required, follow the instructions in this section to uninstall this interim fix in your cluster.
a. Log on to each management host in the cluster and
restore your backup for the following file:
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/vemkd
b. From the master host, restart the cluster:
> egosh ego restart
