Abstract

P102862: This fix enables the lsload and bhosts commands to display the value of external resources as a full, unrounded float number instead of in scientific notation.

Description

Readme documentation for IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 512603 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.

This fix addresses the following issue:

The command lsload and bhosts displays the value of external resources in rounded scientific notation instead of the full, unrounded numbers.

To resolve the issue and allow you to view the full number, this fix adds a parameter to control the display format of the lsload and bhosts commands:

LSF_EXT_DISPLAY_UNROUNDED:

Configured in the lsf.conf file or be set as environment variable

Syntax

LSF_EXT_DISPLAY_UNROUNDED=Y|y

Description

When set to "Y|y", the lsload and bhosts commands display the value of the external resources as full, unrounded numbers.

When set to "N|n", the lsload and bhosts commands display the value of the external resources in rounded scientific notation.

Default

N.
