When you access the cluster management console in IBM Spectrum Symphony 7.2.0.2 with RFE 111647 (which enhanced audit logs to capture event information) applied and the AD GSS Kerberos plug-in enabled, the Enable/Disable buttons at Workload > Symphony > Applications do not work. This interim fix resolves this issue.

Follow the instructions in this section to download and install this interim fix in your cluster.
System requirements

Installation
a. Log on to the master host as the cluster administrator, stop applications, and shut down the cluster:
$ soamcontrol app disable all
$ egosh service stop all
$ egosh ego shutdown all
b. Log on to each management host in the cluster and back up the following files, which will be replaced by this interim fix:
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/rs
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/vemkd
$EGO_TOP/soam/7.2/linux-x86_64/etc/sd
$EGO_TOP/gui/3.6/lib/rest-ego-3.6.0.jar
$EGO_TOP/gui/3.6/lib/soamgui.jar
$EGO_TOP/wlp/usr/servers/gui/apps/soam/7.2/soamgui/WEB-INF/classes/com/platform/soam/gui/AuditLogUtils.class
c. Log on to each management host in the cluster and install this interim fix:
> tar zxfo sym-7.2.0.2_x86_64_build511020.tar.gz -C $EGO_TOP
d. Delete all subdirectories and files in the following directories:
$EGO_TOP/gui/work/*
$EGO_TOP/gui/workarea/*
NOTE: If you configured the WLP_OUTPUT_DIR parameter and APPEND_HOSTNAME_TO_WLP_OUTPUT_DIR is set to true in the $EGO_CONFDIR/wlp.conf file, you must clean up the $WLP_OUTPUT_DIR/webgui_hostname/gui/workarea/ directory.
e. Clear the browser cache.
f. Start the cluster and enable your applications:
$ egosh ego start all
$ soamcontrol app enable <appName>
g. Run the sd -V and vemkd –V commands to verify the installation, for example:
$ sd -V
IBM Spectrum Symphony 7.2 build 511020, Jan 22 2019
$ vemkd -V
EGO 3.6.0 build 511020, Jan 28 2019

5. Uninstallation
If required, follow the instructions in this section to uninstall this interim fix in your cluster.
a. Log on to the master host as the cluster administrator, stop applications, and shut down the cluster:
$ soamcontrol app disable all
$ egosh service stop all
$ egosh ego shutdown all
b. Log on to each management host in the cluster and restore the following files from your backup:
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/rs
$EGO_TOP/3.6/linux-x86_64/etc/vemkd
$EGO_TOP/soam/7.2/linux-x86_64/etc/sd
$EGO_TOP/gui/3.6/lib/rest-ego-3.6.0.jar
$EGO_TOP/gui/3.6/lib/soamgui.jar
$EGO_TOP/wlp/usr/servers/gui/apps/soam/7.2/soamgui/WEB-INF/classes/com/platform/soam/gui/AuditLogUtils.class
c. Delete all subdirectories and files in the following directories:
$EGO_TOP/gui/work/*
$EGO_TOP/gui/workarea/*
