With your resource plan configured for exclusive slot allocation in the Hybrid policy, for a parent consumer with the exclusive flag set and whose share limit is defined, this parent node’s share limit might be exceeded when resource reclaim occurs among its children. This interim fix resolves this issue in a cluster with IBM Spectrum Symphony 7.1.2 and IBM Spectrum Conductor with Spark 2.2.0 installed.
