This fix enables template changes to automatically synchronize with the desktop client if the template is changed and re-published on the LSF Application Center server.

• Installation and configuration
  • 5.1  Before installation
    • Make sure the LSF Desktop Client (lsfclient.exe)  is exited. If the LSF Desktop Client (lsfclient.exe) is running, you can close it as below,
      a, On the right bottom of the screen, rigth click the icon of  LSF Desktop Client on the windows taskbar.
      b, Click the 'Exit' button on the popup menu.
    • Uninstall the old  LSF Desktop Client. The steps as below,
      a, Open the Control Panel which you can find it in the Windows start menu, then click the 'Uninstall a program' link.
      b, Find the 'IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client' in the program list, then double click it.
      c, Select 'Yes' button in the confirm message box to uninstall the old LSF Desktop Client.
      
      
  • 5.2  Installation steps for IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center 10.1.0.3

    The following steps assume IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center is installed in /opt/pac.
    Replace with your actual installation directory.

    • Download the file pac_desktop_client10.1.0.3_win-x64.msi from IBM site. Copy it to the a directory on the host, such as C:\tmp. 
    • Double click the pac_desktop_client10.1.0.3_win-x64.msi file.
      
    • Follow the install program. intall the new pac_desktop_client10.1.0.3_win-x64.msi. The steps as below,
      a, Click 'Next' button to begin.
      b, Choose accept license agreement, then click 'Next' to continue install.
      c, Click 'Next' to use the default install directory - C:\Program Files\IBM\LSF Desktop Client\. Or you can change it by click the 'change' button.
      d, Click the 'Install' button, then the new LSF Desktop Client will be installed.
      
    • You can start LSF Desktop Client by click the shortcut of 'IBM Spectrum LSF Application Center Desktop Client' on the Windows desktop screen.
      
      
• Uninstallation
  • 6.1  Before uninstallation

    Make sure the LSF Desktop Client (lsfclient.exe)  is exited. If the LSF Desktop Client (lsfclient.exe) is running, you can close it as below,
