IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 489398 Readme File
Abstract
P102549. This fix prevents the bld daemon from logging a "broken pipe" error message for client requests.
Description
Readme documentation for IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 489398 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.
This fix addresses the following issue:
When the License Scheduler workload is high, the bld daemon might not reply to client requests on time, which leads the bld daemon to log a "broken pipe" message because the client requests time out.
This fix changes the "broken pipe" message to debug level for troubleshooting purposes. This reduces the number of messages for client requests from the blstat, blparams, and blusers commands.
