Known problems, restrictions, and solutions

Known problems, restrictions, and solutions that affect administration and usage of interim fixes are documented as techdocs in the product support knowledge base. Use the following link to query the product support knowledge base: http://www.ibm.com/support/search.wss?tc=SSEUEX&atrn1=SWVersion&atrv=2.0.3&rankprofile=8dc=DB520+DB560+D600+DA400+DA420&;dtm.

Starting with Google Chrome, Version 42, the Netscape Plugin Application Programming Interface (NPAPI) is disabled by default. Web applications that use Java applets do not function properly unless NPAPI is re-enabled. For more information on configuring NPAPI-based Java plug-ins under Google Chrome, Version 42, see:
Oracle Java Runtime Environment security warnings

You might see security warnings and update requests when using certain versions of Oracle Java Runtime Environment (JRE).

For information about issues with Oracle JRE, see http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21640073

Disabling document Preview and Open options

For security reasons, you might want to prevent users from opening or previewing certain types of documents, such as HTML documents, by setting the No viewer option. When this option is set and users attempt to preview or open a document of the file type you specified, they will receive a message informing them that the document cannot be opened, it can only be downloaded.

Additional Known problems and restrictions are contained in the 2.0.3.8 readme at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSEUEX_2.0.3/readme/icn_fixpack2.0.3.800_readme.html
