Readme documentation for IBM® Spectrum Cluster Foundation Version 4.2.2 Fix 467860, including installation-related instructions and prerequisites.
Special characters are used in order to enable NIS authentication in the /etc/passwd file. After users run updatenode -F, the passwd file is synchronized to compute nodes from the passwd.merge file.
