IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 464606 Readme File
Abstract
P102329: This fix ensures that the parameter LSB_MAX_JOB_DISPATCH_PER_SESSION has the same value for both mbschd and mbatchd.
Description
Readme documentation for IBM Spectrum LSF 10.1 Fix 464606 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.
This fix addresses the following issue:
Currently, no matter how many CPUs are configured in a cluster, the default value of LSB_MAX_JOB_DISPATCH_PER_SESSION in mbschd will always be set as 300.
This fix ensures the default value of LSB_MAX_JOB_DISPATCH_PER_SESSION in mbschd can be calculated based on the total CPUs in LSF, which is the same for mbatchd.
