Readme documentation for IBM Platform LSF 9.1.3 Fix 455310 including installation-related instructions, prerequisites and co-requisites, and list of fixes.

This fix addresses the following issue:

After installing lsreghost as a Windows Service, if the path to executable has space, lsreghost service will fail to start.
To enable this fix, you must install the patch LSF 9.1.3 Fix 392106 first. Refer to readme of LSF 9.1.3 Fix 392106 for installation instructions.

5. Installation and Configuration

5.1 Before installation

1) Log on to the Windows host as administrator, uninstall the lsreghost service:<LSF_TOP>\9.1\bin\lsreghost.exe -r

5.2 Installation steps

1) Log on to the Windows host as administrator, install the Windows patch

5.3 After installation

1) Reinstall and restart lsreghost service, refer to readme of LSF 9.1.3 Fix 392106

5.4 Uninstallation

1) Log on to the Windows host as administrator, remove the patch installation from the Windows control panel

2) Reinstall and restart lsreghost service, refer to readme of LSF 9.1.3 Fix 392106
