  RTC471676/IT10070  - CertWizard was using hard-coded signature algorithm 
                       value to compute the signature for CSR and self-signed
                       certificate. Now use same signature algorithm as for
                       the private key.

  Defect / APAR        Description

  No RTC             - Upgrade to IBM JRE1.6 SR14 and InstallAnywhere 2010.
                       Cert Wizard is now compatible with Windows 7.

  RTC386506/IC95769  - Unable to create a Key Certificate file when a
                       certificate contains OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.60.2.1.1

  RTC376923          - Errors during uninstall on Windows 7 or 2008.
