Resolves the following issue: When a flow that is running is killed, a waiting flow does not run if it is defined as exclusive(Flow Attribute option "Allow only one flow to run at a time").

5. Installation and configuration
5.1 Before installation
1. Log into the IBM Process Manager server as Process Manager primary administrator or root
2. Source the environment for the previous IBM Platform Process Manager installation
- C shell: source $JS_ENVDIR/cshrc.js
- Bourne shell: . $JS_ENVDIR/profile.js
5.2 Installation steps
1. Back up $JS_SERVERDIR/jfd
2. Copy jfd in this update to $JS_SERVERDIR/jfd
5.3 After installation
1. Log into the IBM Process Manager server as primary administrator or root
2. Start jfd by running "jadmin start"
5.4 Uninstallation
1. Log into the IBM Process Manager server as Process Manager primary administrator or root, and shut down jfd by running "jadmin stop"
2. Replace $JS_SERVERDIR/jfd with the backup jfd in step 5.2
3. Log into the IBM Process Manager server as Process Manager primary administrator or root, and start jfd by running "jadmin start"
