IBM Platform Symphony 7.1 Interim Fix #396388 Readme File
Abstract
When attempting to retrieve logs for more than one host using the Platform Management Console, the system retrieves no logs and shows an error message.
Description
If you
have selected to view logs for multiple hosts using the Platform Management
Console (Reports & Logs
> System
Logs), and one of the
selected hosts is in closed state, the system is unable to retrieve any logs
for any hosts. The “Domain
<EGO>: Timeout waiting for remote FAM agent to connect to request client.
The timeout was 15 seconds. Retry your request.” error message displays
instead.
After applying this fix, you can successfully retrieve the logs for the selected hosts.
This
fix applies to all supported platforms.
