This iFix is for APAR IT10031 to resolve failure of deletion of shared networks in PowerVC.
It is recommended that you install this fix immediately after installing IBM PowerVC 1.2.2.3

IBM Power Virtualization Center Updates download location:
Download updates for IBM Power Virtualization Center.  The product update installer is required to install the updates.  It can be downloaded from Fix Central: http://www.ibm.com/support/fixcentral. This site provides download, installation, and configuration instructions for the update installer.

Note: For more information about how to obtain software fixes, from the Fix Central page, click "Getting started with Fix Central", then click the Software tab.

Steps for downloading updates:
1. Click Find product.
2. Begin typing PowerVC in the Product selector field.
3. Select PowerVC from the list. For Installed version, select All.
4. Select APAR or SPR and provide IT10031 as an APAR
5. Download the fix.
6. Open the download document and follow the link in the "Download Package" section.
        
Note: When you download the file, ensure that the name of the maintenance file is not changed. This change might be intentional, or it might be an inadvertent change that is caused by certain web browsers or download utilities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:
You can install this fix pack on IBM Power Virtualization Center version 1.2.2.3

Installation information:
Copy the included ibmpowervc-network-1.2.2.3-1.201507141230IT10031.noarch.rpm file to your PowerVC system and install it with the following command:

rpm -Uvh ibmpowervc-network-1.2.2.3-1.201507141230IT10031.noarch.rpm

After successful installation, restart all PowerVC services.
