• Installation and configuration

5.1 Before installation

• Back up the following files of Platform RTM:
# cd /opt
# tar -cvf cacti_backupname.tar \
rtm/lsf8/bin/gridjobs

5.2 Installation steps

• Download and extract rtm8.0.1-build233374.tar.gz to directory /opt:
# cd /opt
# tar -xzvf rtm8.0.1-build233374.tar.gz
