This fix addresses the following issue:
After a socket error occurs on Windows hosts, subsequent
jobs cannot run. The following error message appears in the child sbatchd log:
sbdChild: starting mode=-s handles=664:600
rcvJobFile: chanRead_()
failed. A socket operation has failed: Socket operation on non-socket.
execJob: Job <4949999> <494999>failed
in rcvjobfile_(), Unknown error.

5.1 Before installation

5.2 Installation steps
1) Run the Windows patch lsf8.0.1_win-x64-231738.msp/lsf8.0.1_win32-231738.msp
2) Follow the steps to finish the patch update
5.3 After installation
Run badmin hrestart
5.4 Uninstallation
To roll back a patch:
1) Remove the patch installation from the Windows control panel.
2) Run badmin
hrestart
