Instructions for installing IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for UNIX 4.1.0.4.iFix019 

Note 1: cddir in the instructions below refers to the C:D for UNIX installation 
        directory.

Note 2: iFix applies to IBM Sterling Connect:Direct for UNIX 4.1.0.4.  If you 
        need to upgrade your C:D UNIX server before applying this iFix, you may 
        acquire fix packs from IBM Support at http://www-
        947.ibm.com/support/entry/portal/Overview.  Click on the Downloads page 
        and select the link to Fix Central.

 1. Uncompress the JRE refresh pack archive file.  For example:

      uncompress -d sol70sr6hybrid-jre.tar.Z

 2. Change directory to cddir.

 3. Rename the jre subdirectory there to jreOld and make a new jre subdirectory.

 4. Change directory to the new jre subdirectory and extract the files from the 
    iFix archive file.  For example:

      tar xvf {fully qualified reference to the iFix archive file}

 5. Verify the Secure+ Admin Tool and the Secure+ CLI function by executing 
    the spadmin.sh and spcli.sh scripts in the cddir/ndm/bin directory.

 6. Remove the cddir/jreOld directory
