The Work with detailed settings - Problem information panel allows you to enable automatic hardware problem reporting and
set the frequency and number of retry attempts to make if transmission of a problem to IBM support fails.
Action to perform when reporting a problem fails
- Report problems automatically - Select to enable automatic problem reporting
to IBM support.
- Retry - Select to enable retry attempts to be made if transmission
of a problem to IBM support fails.
- Frequency in minutes - Enter the frequency in minutes at which retry attempts are made.
Number of times to retry
Select the number of retry attempts to make.
- Unlimited - Select to perform an unlimited number of retries.

A specific number of times - Select to retry the number of times indicated below.
- Number of times - Enter the number of times that the problem should be reported.
Panel buttons
- OK - Click to save the changes made to the panel and return to the previous
panel.
- Apply - Click to save the changes made to the panel and leave the panel
displayed.
- Cancel - Click to return to the previous panel without saving the changes to
the panel.
