Problem Details
The Problem Details panel displays the details of a problem detected by Electronic Service Agent.
Problem summary
- Description - Displays a description of the problem.
- SRC - Displays the alphanumeric system reference code (SRC) assigned to the
problem by the system.
- Status - Displays the reporting status of the
problem. The status can be one of the following:
- Open - No action has been taken on the problem.
- Pending - The problem is in the process of being sent to IBM support.
- Failed - All attempts to send the problem to IBM support failed. No more attempts will
be made.
- Reported - The problem was sent to IBM support.
- Closed - The problem was processed and closed.
Transmission summary
- Service information sent to IBM support - Displays whether or not service
information was sent to IBM support.
- Last attempt to send - Displays the date and time of the last attempt
to send service information to IBM support.
- Number of attempts - Displays the number of attempts made
to send service information to IBM support.
- Last changed - Displays the date and time that the problem information last changed.
Service request information
Displays the problem details used in the service request.
- Number - Displays the IBM service request number assigned to the problem.
- Status - Displays the status of the service request associated with this
problem.
- Problem details - The remaining fields in the service request information display the specific details about this problem.
Panel buttons
Located above and below the panel.
- OK - Returns to the previous panel.
- Delete - Returns to the previous panel and deletes the
problem from the table.
