Work with detailed settings - Trace level
The Work with detailed settings - Trace level panel allows you to specify the message severity level recorded
during Electronic Service Agent activity.
Change Electronic Service Agent internal trace level
- Severe - Click to set the trace level to Severe. Only severe messages will be recorded. The severe level designates very severe error events that could cause the application to end.
- Error - Click to set the trace level to Error. Error and severe messages will be recorded.
The error level designates error events that might still allow the application
to continue running.
- Warning - Click to set the trace level to Warning. Warning, error and severe messages will
be recorded. The warning level designates potential error events.
- Information - Click to set the trace level to Information. Information, warning, error and severe messages will
be recorded. The information level designates informational messages that indicate the progress of
the application at a high level.
- Debug - Click to set the trace level to Debug. Debug, information, warning, error and severe messages will
be recorded. The debug level designates low level informational events that are most useful to debug an application.
- Trace - Click to set the trace level to Trace. Trace, debug, information, warning, error and severe messages will be recorded. The trace level designates additional detailed informational events.
Panel buttons
- OK - Click to save the changes made to the panel and return to the previous
panel.
- Apply - Click to save the changes made to the panel and leave the panel
displayed.
- Cancel - Click to return to the previous panel without saving the changes to
the panel.
