The Work with detailed settings - Service contact panel
shows information about the person that IBM support may contact about a problem reported by
Electronic Service Agent.
- * Company name - Enter the name of the organization that owns or is responsible for this system.
- * Contact name - Enter the name of the person in your organization who is responsible for repairs and
maintenance of the system. This person may be called by the service provider with information or assistance for
a system problem. Also, parts or PTFs may be sent to this person.
- * Telephone number - Enter the telephone numbers where the contact person can be reached.
The telephone number should include the area code, exchange numbers, and extension.
- Fax number - Enter the fax number of the contact person.
- Alternate fax number - Enter the alternate fax number of the contact person.
- * Email - Enter the email address of the contact person.
- Alternate email - Enter an alternate email address of the contact person.
- Help desk number - Enter the telephone number of the help desk.
- Pager number - Enter the pager number of the contact person.
- Street address line 1 - Enter the first line of the mailing street address of
the contact person.
- Line 2 - Enter the second line of the mailing street address of the contact person.
- Line 3 - Enter the third line of the mailing street address of the contact person.
- Street address line 1 - Enter the first line of the mailing street address of the location to which you want your service provider to send parts or assistance for the problem. This should not be a post office box.
- Line 2 - Enter the second line of the mailing street address of the contact person.
- Line 3 - Enter the third line of the mailing street address of the contact person.
- City - Enter the mailing city of the contact person.
- State or province - Enter the state or province of the contact person.
- * Select your country or region or neighboring country or region - Enter the country or region where the system is located. If your country or region is not listed, select a neighboring country or region.
- Postal code - Enter the mailing postal code of the contact person.
Panel buttons
- OK - Click to save the changes made to the panel and return to the previous
panel.
- Apply - Click to save the changes made to the panel and leave the panel
displayed.
- Cancel - Click to return to the previous panel without saving the changes to
the panel.
