Activity log
The Activity log panel shows Electronic Service Agent activity. Displaying
activity over a selected time period may be faster than displaying the entire
activity log.
Activity log selection criteria
- Filter log entry display by time period - Select to display a
subset of the activity log based on time and date rather than displaying the
entire activity log.
- Beginning date - Enter the beginning date of activities to display.
- Time - Select the beginning time of activities to display.
- Ending date - Enter the ending date of activities to display.
- Time - Select the ending time of activities to display.
- Apply Filter - Click to display the activity log based on the times and dates you selected.
Activity log entries
- Date and time column - Displays the date and time that the activity occurred.
- Description column - Displays a short description of the Electronic
Service Agent activity that took place.
Panel buttons
- Refresh - Click to refresh the list of Electronic Service Agent
activities that are shown based on the subset criteria chosen. Refresh is available on supported versions only.
- Cancel - Click to return to the previous panel without saving the changes to the panel.
- Apply Filter - Click to display the activity log based on the times and dates you selected.
