Compatibility
For compatibility information, see ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/software/data/cm/filenet/docs/isdoc/IS_HW_SW_guide.pdf
Fix pack 20 includes an enhancement that enables FileNet PRINT 4.4.0 to process G6 multi-tiffs with annotations.
Important: For multi TIFF images, the Print application prints "sticky note" annotations only on the first page. The application prints Page 1, followed by the sticky note annotation, if any, and then the remainder of the pages.
The cumulative fix from Open Text for the defects 751551, 769241, 790840, 791325 and 802459 requires RightFax 9.3 + Fix Pack 2 + Service Release 6.

Resolution
The reason for these issues is that when the MS security KB's in question are installed, they use shared memory addresses that conflict with FileNet's shared memory addresses. There is a mechanism built in to SysV.dll module to circumvent this issue by changing the starting shared memory address through a registry entry. Follow this procedure to set the starting shared memory address:
