List of fixes

General fixes

Fixed an issue where after a power off of the managed system system logical partitions and vios servers are not visible in the enhanced UI. Refreshing the view with F5 makes them visible again.
Fixed an issue where server properties that are modified while the server is powered off appear to be saved without any error however the new setting is discarded.
Fixed an issue with the Net Promoter Score prompt where the HMC appliance MTMS was not listed and selecting some servers resulted in the error "could not parse parameter: offeringID".
Corrected the list of feature codes displayed for the following physical I/O adapters: CCIN 5729, 577D, 577F, 578D, 578E, 578F.
Fixed lshwres command to list vNICs to provide and store the value for parameter 'os_device_name' for the first instance of execution unless user invokes explicitly with –Fos_device_name to requery.
Fixed the incorrect ownership of the profile directories of the managed system(s) to prevent error messages REST0126 and HSCL0036.
