Atomic operations are not enabled. The problem occurs when processor stealing was performed for an earlier activation, and lpars are in a non-default SSP. * Fixed an issue where the iSAS mode enablement (used by PureApplication solutions) was not persisted on an upgrade. * Fixed a failure in LPM migration and recovery where if the query_migration command contains non-printable characters it causes a memory segmentation fault in IBM.LparCmdRM. * Fixed an issue where menu options for Servers, Frames, and System Plans are not displayed in the WebUI due to user profile corruption. * Fixed an issue where LPM migration may fail due to redundant configuration of multiple virtual SCSI and FC adapters resulting in message HSCL9001 The operation has failed on the managed system. * Added a Save Area Metering tool via command lsprofspace to display the current usage of the partition/profile configuration data storage space. * Fixed an issue where a customer can not generate a CSR based on the Common name using the HMC GUI; instead of using the Common name it generates a FQDN. * Fixed an issue of GUI failing to load with HTTP status code as 500 on an upgrade after restoring corrupted save upgrade data. * Fixed an issue in opening local HMC ASMI for frames or managed systems that results in a blank white window. * Fixed an issue in hmcshutdown command returning an incorrect return code of 1 instead of 0. The Install Corrective Service task now allows you to install corrective service updates from the ISO image files of these updates. You can download these ISO image files for the HMC, and then use the ISO image file to install the corrective service update. You no longer need to burn CD-R or DVD-R media to use the ISO image file to install corrective service. 2. This image requires DVD -R media. 3. To install updates over the network, select the *.iso file on the "Select Service Package" panel of the Install Corrective Service task. The HMC application extracts the files needed to install the corrective service. If you are using USB flash media, copy the *.iso file to the flash media, and then select the file when prompted. 4. The *updhmc* command line command has also been modified to use the *.iso file. To use the command, follow the syntax in this example: updhmc -t s -h -f -u -i In all cases, the HMC application extracts the files needed to install the corrective service. Back to top <#ibm-content>
