This package includes the following fixes:

    * Enhancement to allow searching the subtree in the LDAP database from the basedn. To enable search scope to the subtree, use the chhmcldap -o s -scope sub command.
    * Fixed a problem with VIOS commands that when sent to LPARs, hold an unnecessary lock that can block other LPAR operations.
    * Fixed a rare timing problem where system states were not accurately updated after an HMC reboot. The states could show "No Connection" with an IP address instead of Server Name under Systems Management.
    * Fixed a problem where specifying multiple options with the chsacfg command (CLI) would result in the error message, "An unknown error occurred while trying to perform this command".
    * Fixed a problem where you can see the message "HTML Viewer Error" when you attempt to use Repair & Verify to launch a panel for the following files

    * Fixed a problem to allow LED support in Repair & Verify for FRU location P2-C8.
    * Fixed a problem where the non-concurrent Exchange FRU process for an FSP Card hangs at "Please wait while the request is processed" and never returns.
    * Fixed a problem with Repair & Verify where exchange FRU on the secondary Flexible Service Processor fails with HSCL0278 "The requested operation cannot be performed because another management or service task is already running.

Additional information
Note:

The HMC Install Corrective Service task has been modified to allow corrective service installation by using the .iso packaging of the corrective service files that you can download from IBM. There is no requirement to burn CD-R or DVD-r media in order to use these files to install the corrective service.

    * To install the updates over the network, select the .iso file in the Select Service Package panel of the Install Corrective Service utility.
    * To use USB flash media to install updates, copy the .iso file to the flash media, and then select the file when prompted.
    * The updhmc command line command has also been modified to use the .iso file for installing corrective service updates. To use the command, follow the syntax in this example:
      updhmc -t s -h <myservername> -f </home/updates/corrrective_service.iso> -u <HMC_username> -i

In all cases, the HMC application extracts the files needed to install the corrective service.
