Explanation: The Extended Encryption Service might be unavailable or one or more of the selected systems running the Agent might be offline or locked.

Operator Response: Make sure that the Extended Encryption Service plug-in is installed and started on the management server and that all selected systems running the Agent are online and unlocked.
