Go to QLogic models. Select iSCSI HBAs. Select QLE4060C or QLE4062C. 
Then select any Linux OS listed.


Notes:

For BIOS and Firmware update for the HBAs, it is strongly recommended that you use the
update option available in SANsurfer management GUI for Windows.
This method is simplest and safest for a clean update.
